Questions
Absentee owners, answered from the records
How does shinnslist know an owner is absent?
The county assessor records the address the tax bill is mailed to. When it is not the property’s address, the owner gets their mail elsewhere.
Are absentee owners more likely to sell?
Sometimes, but shinnslist has not proven it: the ranking of who is most likely to sell has been graded on 2 days so far; the record is on How we grade.
